Requirements for processing Transcript/Verification of Certificate

A formal request by the applicant addressed to the College Registrar.

Applicant must be in good financial standing.

Payment of twenty thousand naira (₦20,000.00) processing fee payable through the REMITA payment platform. (http://npmcn.edu.ng/guidelines-on-payment-to-the-college/).

Transcripts are forwarded to Institutions only.

Transcripts are sent by normal post. However, there is Courier options which attracts extra fees.
Please, contact the Senate and Governing Board Affairs Department via senategoverningboard@npmcn.edu.ng after your application has been submitted for further enquiries on Courier Options.

In an event where an Institution makes a request for verification of Certificate of a Fellow/Associate Fellow, such a person will be contacted by the College in respect of satisfying the requirements above.
