Accreditation of Training Institutions on e-Portal
Training institutions are expected to send in details of a contact person of the rank of Director of Training and above and should be a Medical Doctor, preferable a Fellow. In addition, Training institutions are to send contact details of their institution Chief Medical Director (CMD), Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC) and Head of
Department (HOD). The HOD will be from the department requesting for accreditation from NPMCN. Training institutions are required to provide this information on an Institution Contact Persons Form (download form).
Contact details information required are:
1) Name
2) E-mail
3) Phone number
4) Designation
This contact information will be entered to NPMCN e-Portal Accreditation module. Once the contact person detail is added to the e-portal, an e-mail confirmation link would be received by the contact person. This will allow the contact person to activate his/her account and will proceed thereafter with accreditation application process for the
department of the training institution seeking accreditation after appropriate payment.
This completed Institution Contact Persons Form specified above should be sent by Training institution to College Registrar via e-mail registrar@npmcn.edu.ng and copy Deputy Registrar (TAM) drtam@npmcn.edu.ng.
Fees:
Faculty (Specialty) accreditation – ₦250,000.00k
Subspecialty accreditation – ₦100,000.00k
