CHANGE OF NAME REQUIREMENTS
The four (4) documents required are:

    1. Application for change of name
    2. Marriage Certificate
    3. Sworn Affidavit
    4. Newspaper publication

To be sent by email to registrar@npmcn.edu.ng

Request and documents for change of name not to be uploaded with examination application.

Process must be completed before application for Part 2 examinations. Once the final Part 2 examination has been applied for, change of name cannot be done.
