Important Information to all Convoking Fellows/Diplomates
Required Fee/Levy
Admission fee for a Convokee and one Guest is ₦75,000.00 (Seventy Five thousand naira only). This includes the Enrolment fee, Cap, Hood, Gown, Certificate Scroll with College Crest, Plaque, Tie/Scarf & Brochure.
Additional Guest(s) will attract ₦5,000.00 per person to a maximum of 2 Guests.
Admission fee for a Diplomate and one Guest is ₦120,000.00 (One hundred and twenty thousand naira only). This includes the Enrolment fee, Academic robes and so on.
Additional Guest(s) will attract ₦4,000.00 per person to a maximum of 2 Guests.
Development Levy – ₦50,000.00 (Fifty thousand naira only) for both Convoking Fellows and Diplomates.
Mode of Payment – Full payment should be made directly through FUNDS TRANSFER or through ATM into the College Account domiciled at Zenith Bank Plc Aguda Branch Account No: 1010778138

Deadline
Only Fellows/Diplomates whose responses are received on or before 5th September, 2015 will be included in the Convocation Programme.
Dress Code
Convoking/Graduating males should wear black or brown suits, while females should wear black or brown skirt suits.
Please note that any Convoking Fellow/Diplomate not appropriately dressed shall not participate in the event.

12.00noon – Graduation Ceremony for Diploma in Family Medicine at the College Premises. Km 26, Lagos – Badagry Expressway, Ijanikin, Lagos.
1.30pm – Graduation Cocktail (By Invitation) at the College Multipurpose Hall. Km 26, Lagos-Badagry Expressway, Ijanikin, Lagos.
