Advertisement for the provision of the under-listed Services to the College

Quotations are invited from registered and reputable Outsourced Firm/Company for the provision of the under-listed Services to the College:

 

• LOT 1: Security Personnel

S/N	SERVICES	SCOPE OF WORK
1.	Security Personnel Services	To Provide 24 hours Security coverage for the College which will cover: College Senate Building, Second Wing Senate Building, College Auditorium, College Multipurpose hall, College Registrar Residence, Guest Chalets and Staff Canteen

• LOT 2: Drivers

S/N	SERVICES	SCOPE OF WORK
1.	Drivers	To provide good and qualified drivers responsible for driving College vehicles. Drivers to be provided must have a good knowledge of road network and must be very skillful when on duty

• LOT 3: Cleaners

S/N	SERVICES	SCOPE OF WORK
1.	Cleaners	To provide well experienced cleaning personnel that would keep the College premises and its environs clean at all times.

• LOT 4: Gardeners

S/N	SERVICES	SCOPE OF WORK
1.	Gardeners	To provide well experienced Gardeners personnel to maintain College lawns, flowers and landscaped areas. To ensure trimming, watering of flowers are done frequently, making sure that the College premises look tidy. Regular cutting of bushes and shrubs within and outside the College Premises

 

• NOTE:

1. The qualified and selected well experienced Company in each LOT(S) shall be engaged and will be collectively responsible for the recruitment, deployment and supervision of its Personnel. 
2. Kindly be informed that only contractors who are registered with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) would be considered.
3. Interested bidders for each LOT(S) are advised to visit the College for further clarification.
4. Contractors are required to produce documentary pictures of previous work done.
5. Please note that the total contract sum will attract the deduction of 7.5% VAT, 2% Withholding Tax, and 1% Stamp Duty.

 

• ELIGIBILITY

In order to be considered, bidders are expected to be registered as Federal Government Contractors, in the appropriate categories with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) – visit https://federalcontractors.bpp.gov.ng

As part of their submission, bidders who have not submitted evidence of registration for the year (2026) to the College Registrar’s office are expected to show evidence of registration with the BPP by submitting the following documents:

• Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31^st December, 2025;
• Current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31^st December, 2025;
• Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31^st December, 2025;
• Current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31^st December, 2025;
• Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) valid till 31^st December, 2025;
• Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any Officer of the relevant committees of the College, a former or present Director, shareholder or any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
• Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the Service, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications. Deployed Staff are expected to have Current driving licenses, Residential cleaning Specialist (RCS), CIMS Certified Expert (CCE), Horticultural Certificate and Diploma, Landscaping and Grounds keeping Certifications with evidence of current professional practicing license 2026.
• Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years – 2023, 2024, 2025
• Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar Services executed in the last five (5) years with Federal Government Ministries, Department and Agencies including Letter of Awards and Photographs of the Services

 

NOTE: All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.

• SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical bid (documents to show compliance with eligibility criteria) and financial bid (table of bid prices), packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or Financial Bid”. A soft copy of the financial bid should be submitted in MS Excel or MS Word format (in a flash drive) and added to the envelope. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to:

All quotations should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and registered in the College Registrar’s Office before submission into the Tenders Box (in the College Registrar’s Office) not later than 12.00 Noon Monday 18^th April, 2026.

 

Only quotations received from eligible/registered contractors, submitted into the Tenders’ Box as stated above, shall be entertained.
