Information on Proposals submitted for Assessment before 26th February 2018

This is to inform candidates who had started their proposal assessment before the introduction of online processing on 26th February 2018 that they will continue to process those proposal outside the e-portal system. The reason is to avoid additional payment e-portal processing would bring.

Candidates asked to make corrections and resubmit will be required now to do the followings:
1. Scan the title page, attestation and certification page with signatures of candidate, supervisor and Head of Department in pdf format
2. Scan the Letter of approval by their institution Ethical Review Committee in pdf format
3. Attach the main body of the corrected proposal for re-assessment in Microsoft Word format.

The subject of the email should read: Submission for re-assessment of corrected Proposal title: …. “the proposal title” in the Faculty of …..
The candidate will get an acknowledgement email from the examination officer.
